SECURING YOUR DATE

Your wedding date is officially reserved once the following steps are completed:

✔ Signed bridal contract
✔ $100 non-refundable retainer

Once both are received, your date is locked in and no longer available to other brides.

Please note: Dates cannot be held without a retainer.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

To keep your bridal experience stress-free and organized:

• Remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding day

• Final invoice will be sent ahead of your due date

• All payments must be completed before services begin

Late payments may result in delayed or canceled services.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• The $100 retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable

• All payments made toward the booking are non-refundable

• Cancellations will result in loss of reservation for the date

• If unforeseen circumstances occur, rescheduling may be considered based on availability

BRIDAL TRIALS

Perfecting your bridal look before the big day is highly recommended.

Includes:

• Personalized hair & makeup preview

• Full customization based on your vision

• Adjustments to refine your final wedding day look

Trial is a separate service from wedding day booking.

WEDDING DAY TIMELINE

Your wedding morning is planned with intention and precision.

• A full beauty timeline is created for you

• Start time is confirmed in advance

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed

If delays occur beyond this window, service timing and final results may be affected.

TRAVEL POLICY

On-location bridal services are available throughout Central Florida and destination weddings.

Travel Fee Structure

• First 15 miles from the studio is complementary after that travel fee start at $50+

• Fee is calculated based on round-trip mileage, location, and travel time

• Travel fee is required for all on-location services outside of my studio area

• Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, or travel outside standard service zones

Important Details:

• Travel fee applies per booking (not per service) unless otherwise stated in your contract

• For bridal parties requiring multiple artists, travel fees may apply per artist

• Destination weddings may require custom travel quotes including lodging and transportation

BRIDAL PARTY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure your wedding morning runs smoothly:

• Minimum service requirements may apply for on-location bookings

• Larger parties may require an assistant (additional fee)

• Final headcount must be confirmed prior to booking

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Additional fees may apply for:

• Early morning start times (before 7AM)

• Assistant services for large groups

• Extended delays outside of stylist control

• Extra styling requests not included in original agreement
